1. Add Mondial TV+ Subscription to cart
2. Go to your cart
3. Confirm your order
4. Enter your billing information
5. Choose your payment method
6. Accept our terms of sale
7. Order!

You will receive your login credentials by email to access your account and manage your subscription in My Account.
To connect to Mondial TV+, use our WEBTV platform or our app available on Android or iOS.
Note that the login credentials for your account management and for the streaming platform are different.

3. Install Mondial TV from Play Store or App Store

1. Go to My Account.
2. Go to "My Orders"
3. Click "View" on the order for your Mondial TV+ subscription
4. Go to the "Related Subscriptions" section then click the "View" button again
5. Click the "Cancel" button. Your subscription will end on the expiration date of your current month.

Cancellation must be done 24 hours before the payment of your next month.

After purchasing our subscription in the shop, you will receive your login credentials by email (Remember to check your spam, this can happen).

Please note that the app credentials will be different from your website account credentials.

Your user IDs and passwords to access the app will both be in alphanumeric format, two different sequences of numbers and letters. Make sure to write them down.

Don't hesitate to contact us if you haven't received them a few minutes after your purchase.
